PLEASE ADD ON FEES FOR SAME DAY CARD AND/OR AFTER HOUR CLASSES "IF NEEDED"
AFTER HOURS CLASS BOOKING!! After hours classes!! Is any class anytime on SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS, and any class starting at 4 pm or after is considered an after-hours class and must have the "After Hours Appointment add-on attached to scheduling." This means you must add the Same Day Appointment add-on charge. This add on does not allow you same-day card processing.
SAME DAY BOOKING CLASS IS AN ADD ON (PLEASE READ) Same day booking for class you must add the Same Day Appointment with add-on charge. This add-on does include same-day card processing, add-on does not include the same-day card processing.
SAME DAY CARDS IS AN ADD ON (PLEASE READ) American Heart Association (AHA) announces up to 20 days for card processing if you would like same-day cards please add the same day card processing add-on. Otherwise you will have to wait up to 20 days.
